Refund & Return Policy

At EDHARDYORIGINALSMALLS, we want you to love every purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

1. Eligibility for Returns & Refunds

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

  • Proof of purchase (order number or email confirmation) is required.

  • The following items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged:

    • Items marked as “Sale,” “Clearance,” or “Last Chance”

    • Accessories (including trucker hats) for hygiene reasons

    • Customized or personalized items

    • Items damaged due to customer mishandling or improper care

2. Return Process

  1. Contact Us First: Email [email protected] with your order number and reason for return. We will provide a Return Authorization (RMA) number and instructions.

  2. Ship It Back: Securely pack the item(s) in the original packaging. Include the RMA number inside the package. Return to the address we provide.

  3. Return Shipping: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item).

  4. Inspection & Processing: Once received, our team will inspect the item(s) within 5–7 business days. We will notify you via email about the status of your return.

3. Refund Details

  • Upon approval, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after we complete inspection.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our mistake.

  • Refunds may be partial if items are returned incomplete, damaged, or without tags.

4. Exchanges

  • We currently offer refunds only. If you wish to exchange for a different size or color, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.

  • In cases where an exchange is possible (e.g., for defective items), we will arrange a replacement of the same item at no extra shipping cost.

5. Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective product or the wrong item:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery at [email protected].

  • Provide your order number and photos/video showing the issue.

  • We will cover return shipping and promptly send a replacement or issue a full refund.

6. Non-Returnable Situations
We cannot accept returns for:

  • Items that show signs of wear, washing, or alteration

  • Returns without an RMA number

  • Items returned after 30 days

  • Final sale items (as noted above)
