Refund & Return Policy
At EDHARDYORIGINALSMALLS, we want you to love every purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.
1. Eligibility for Returns & Refunds
Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
Proof of purchase (order number or email confirmation) is required.
The following items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged:
Items marked as “Sale,” “Clearance,” or “Last Chance”
Accessories (including trucker hats) for hygiene reasons
Customized or personalized items
Items damaged due to customer mishandling or improper care
2. Return Process
Contact Us First: Email [email protected] with your order number and reason for return. We will provide a Return Authorization (RMA) number and instructions.
Ship It Back: Securely pack the item(s) in the original packaging. Include the RMA number inside the package. Return to the address we provide.
Return Shipping: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item).
Inspection & Processing: Once received, our team will inspect the item(s) within 5–7 business days. We will notify you via email about the status of your return.
3. Refund Details
Upon approval, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after we complete inspection.
Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our mistake.
Refunds may be partial if items are returned incomplete, damaged, or without tags.
4. Exchanges
We currently offer refunds only. If you wish to exchange for a different size or color, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
In cases where an exchange is possible (e.g., for defective items), we will arrange a replacement of the same item at no extra shipping cost.
5. Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective product or the wrong item:
Contact us within 7 days of delivery at [email protected].
Provide your order number and photos/video showing the issue.
We will cover return shipping and promptly send a replacement or issue a full refund.
6. Non-Returnable Situations
We cannot accept returns for:
Items that show signs of wear, washing, or alteration
Returns without an RMA number
Items returned after 30 days
Final sale items (as noted above)
